On the whole, written communication lacks the verbal cues we enjoy when speaking to someone in person. In the age of electronic communication, most businesses now depend on email messages for important customer, partner and employee "interactions."
In our industry, I think of "moving frogs in a wheelbarrow" as the challenges we all face in these do-more-with-less times. It’s hard to feel like you’re making progress when your frogs keep jumping out. Wouldn’t it be nice if they all took a nap at the same time for once?
