Tiffany Dahlberg, MA, PMP, president of Achievement Consulting and Training, Inc. (a solutions provider for project management, process improvement, and employee training) has 20 years of experience in helping organizations improve their processes, better manage projects, and implement positive change.
As an internal corporate consultant and trainer, she has contributed to the success of several Fortune 500 companies, mid-size corporations, start-ups, and non-profit organizations including AT&T, TIAA-CREF, PRIMESTAR by TCI (now DirecTV), and the Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities.
Furthermore, she teaches management courses for both undergraduate business and MBA programs at the University of Phoenix – Denver. At the University of Colorado at Denver, she also teaches professional development programs in which students can earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
A few of Tiffany’s clients include Wells Fargo, Charles Schwaab, Qwest (now CenturyLink), The Children’s Hospital, the USDA Forest Service, Newmont Mining, Time Warner Cable, Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), Hitachi Data Consulting, IHS Energy, Dish Network, Vectra Bank, and Wagner Equipment Company.
Tiffany volunteers for the the Rocky Mountain American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), is a Trusted Advisor for Vistage International (world’s largest CEO membership organization), and an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
She earned her B.A. in Organizational Communications from Montana State University – Billings, and her M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix - Denver.
In 2005, she earned the prestigious PMP (Project Management Professional) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which sets the global standards for project management. The PMP is the highest level of certification for the project management profession.
This course is intended for individuals with training, consulting, or project management experience in a variety of industries who are interested in learning how to improve the cost, scheduling, and scope requirements of their projects. Other in depth topics include change management, communications, human resource management, risk assessment, procurement management, and professional responsibility. It is also appropriate for students who meet the criteria for taking the PMP or CAPM exams and want a thorough review of the knowledge, concepts, tools and techniques covered in the exam plus the 35 hours needed for the educational requirement.

This six-class series focuses on changing attitudes and behaviors and results in setting quantifiable, measurable goals. Included in this series are activity-intensive workshops on time management, conflict management, effective communication, dealing with difficult situations, high performance teams, and leadership. The series ends with each participant designing a comprehensive leadership action plan for the next 6 months.
