Currently an owner of a cross-cultural training company, she is an industry leader in cross-cultural business etiquette doing business globally.

Holly also coaches managers to become leaders. She positively impacts all levels of corporate teams through interactive learning experiences, is expert in improving team relationships, and takes teams and the companies they work for to their next levels of performance. As former vice president of an international brokerage firm, she brings extensive experience in managing and leading the workforce.

She has traveled across the U.S. as the National Spokesmodel for Lee Jeans, shot numerous commercials and television spots for companies such as McDonald's, Hallmark Cards, and Sprint, and was a cruise director in Tahiti. Combined, these experiences have enabled Holly to connect and communicate with, entertain, and inspire her audiences.
