Erich WonSavage, MS, has more than 18 years of experience designing and implementing training and professional development initiatives for public sector and nonprofit companies. Erich is a certified human resources professional who has held top HR management positions with local public sector organizations. He is currently the Director of Human Resources for South Suburban Park and Recreation District in Centennial, Colorado. Earlier in his career, he served as Human Resources Director for South Metro Fire Rescue and Human Resources Manager for the Mental Health Center of Denver, and most recently was the human resources director for the City of Littleton.

Erich specializes in areas such as human resources, organizational development, employee relations, learning & development, and class & compensation. He is highly knowledgeable in learning styles and performance-based training solutions. With his extensive HR experience, he also offers workplace services such as desk audits and workplace investigations.
