Christina Haxton, MA, LMFT, has provided team building, coaching, and training services that help to increase employee motivation and productivity since 1997.

An exceptional facilitator, Christina has integrated years of experience in relational psychology with a solution-focused approach that focuses on and magnifies team strengths. Christina has created and facilitated workshops and provided leadership development for clients such as Banner Health, Grand County Rural Development Council, and Colorado Rural Health Council. She has presented at national conferences for such groups as Colorado Rural Health/Colorado Rural Development, EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth & Learning Association), and COVA (Colorado Organization for Victims Advocates), and locally for Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, and other organizations. Public workshops include Lessons From the Arena: Building Exceptional Work Relationships and Lessons From the Herd: Building Exceptional Teams.

Christina has more than ten years of management experience in the public and private sectors. A successful entrepreneur, she and her business partner have a successful counseling center in Conifer, Colorado. In her tenth year, she has helped clients learn how to find solutions to challenging problems and achieve positive and lasting change in all aspects of their lives.

With more than 20 years of experience owning, training, and showing her own horses, Christina incorporates her management experience and expertise as a marriage and family therapist with knowledge of equine behavior to offer a unique perspective to businesses and organizations. She has successfully combined her skills, experience with people and organizations, and years of horse savvy to offer Aha! Horses Building Leaders & Teams to a variety of groups and organizations. Aha! workshops are in-the-arena workshops designed to teach the skills of successful work relationships in a fun and interactive learning environment for people across all industries.
