Christina Haxton, MA, LMFT, offers a unique combination of professional experience, training and education in the psychology of interpersonal communication, the brain science behind motivation and humor, with more than 20 years of experience in business. As the founder and president of her own consulting firm, Christina assists newly promoted senior managers and recently hired executive-level leaders to discover advanced tools to quickly build trust with their new teams. Christina's clients learn how to discover their strengths to solve challenging problems, making them exceptionally successful at what they do. Christina has a degree in psychology from UCLA, a master's degree in marriage & family counseling from Phillips Graduate Institute, and an evidence-based coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University. As a business owner (times two) and serial entrepreneur for more than 15 years and a wife and mother of two, in her free time, Christina enjoys competing in reining horse shows in Colorado with her horse, Deuce.
Christina has created and facilitated workshops and provided leadership development for corporate clients including the Office of Personnel Management/OPM, Vectra Bank, VCA Antech Corporation, NOAA, Banner Health, Grand County Rural Development Council, and Colorado Rural Health Council and more.

Christina also incorporates her management experience, expertise as a leadership consultant (and marriage and family therapist) with extensive knowledge of equine behavior to offer a unique team building experience. For more than 14 years, Experience HorseSense (TM) workshops have offered in-the-arena workshops designed to teach the skills of successful team building and leadership skills in a fun and interactive learning environment for people across all industries (no riding is involved, no horse experience is necessary and participants can be "hands-on" or "hands-off").
