Clients continue to work with her because they value her commitment to their ROI and appreciate her ability to transfer her skills to managers in their organizations. Constantly researching and customizing her workshops, Marilyn focuses on the unique needs of executives, managers, and their staff, and the culture of their organizations. She cares about the transfer of skills to the organization's teams and applies participatory methods to innovative curriculums that accelerate the shift from information into action.

Marilyn focuses on simplifying business processes to save money, decreasing delivery time to internal or external customers, and engaging employees to own and continually improve the processes they deliver. Organizational change, leadership, and communication are the essential elements in Marilyn's consulting and coaching work.

Marilyn employs assessments and observation to a values-based coaching approach, supporting executives to align behaviors with their values.
