Penny McDaniel, MA, has more than 15 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, and consultant working with clients in all levels of government, nonprofit, and the private sector throughout the U.S. Penny received a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Applied Communication, with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), from the University of Denver.

She specializes in leadership development, improving team effectiveness, conflict resolution, strategic planning, goal setting, and facilitating meetings to solve problems, address important business issues, and make effective decisions. She is passionate about helping leaders and groups accomplish their goals.

Penny has served on the faculty of the University of Denver teaching Facilitation Principals and Practices and was an instructor in the Supervisory Certificate Program at Front Range Community College, Westminster, Colorado, for nine years, offering classes in Leadership and Team Building. She is an Inscape distributor and trainer in the DiSC® Classic and Everything DiSC® behavioral and communication style instruments. Penny is also a qualified trainer in the ToP® (Technology of Participation) Facilitation Methods.
