Anne Neal has provided executive coaching, strategic planning and other high-stakes facilitation, and workforce/management training to businesses, non-profits, and government agencies/departments for 21 years. Her primary emphasis is to support individuals and organizations to optimize their gifts and talents and create job/life satisfaction starting with where they are.
Using a plethora of tools and assessments Anne provides training and skills development in leadership, proficient management, facilitation, and effective communication. Her commitment is to provide solid external resources. She also helps clients create their own internal programs, customized to their organizational culture which can be sustained internally over time. Anne has designed a number of training and coaching programs to help clients communicate more productively, lead from their visions, and shift their internal images, thus redesigning themselves to achieve a positive and bright future.
In the course of her career, Anne has been in the property and casual insurance business, commercial real estate specializing in office leasing, and teaching real estate pre-licensing courses. The joy of teaching led Anne to self-employment as a trainer/coach/facilitator. She loves to work with engineers, architects, scientists, professors, and other professionals who depend heavily on critical thinking skills and want/need to gain more effective inter-personal communication and other people skills.
Being a self-taught person, Anne has delved into many areas of human development, some mainstream and some on the leading edge. She’s a life-long learner and will study/teach topics her clients are interested in learning more about. Anne has been on a professional development path all her adult life, becoming a licensed insurance agent and real estate broker at the age of 21. When she found out about the power of coaching in 1994 she attended Coach U and starting offering coaching services right away. She is a licensed Technology of Participation (ToP) Qualified Trainer (2009.)
Anne’s energetic yet calm style and time-tested facilitation methodology inspires group participants to open up and be authentic as they deal with challenges or plan an exciting future. She customizes content and provides follow-up coaching to ensure that training and new images are sustained over time and integrated into daily practice.Anne has built relationships and served clients from the private and public sectors, including the Institute of Cultural Affairs, Colorado School of Public Health, ARCADIS, Loris and Associates, United Power, Denver Metro Fair Housing, and various governmental agencies. Anne is aligned with colleagues from several professional associations including the International Coach Federation and the ToP Trainers and Facilitators Network.
