Lisa Niederman - Zoe Training and Consulting

Lisa NiedermanLisa Niederman, MA, is the founder and CEO of Performance Velocity LLC. She has been an executive in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Her career grew to provide assessment, consultation, and coaching to top-level executives, management, and project teams in local and national markets.

Lisa's clients have included municipalities, banking, oil and gas, finance, mining, law firms, manufacturing, telecommunications, executive staffing, healthcare, and professional associations at the local and national levels.

Lisa synthesizes her training as a psychologist and her vast experience in business to bring the two paradigms of neuroscience and business together. She has studied the impact of intuitive intelligence on business success for more than two decades and found that without tapping into our "mental software," true success is often out of reach. Armed with this insight, Lisa forged the "ETA™ for Results" formula, an approach that brings energy, thought, and action to one focal point to speed execution. The real cornerstone to Performance Velocity's breakthrough executive development program is Lisa's simple, efficient, and fast process used to achieve business objectives.

Organizations benefit from Lisa's keen sensitivity to interweaving the people and the management needs of an organization to ignite results. She is a dynamic and accomplished facilitator, speaker, and trainer in executive, leadership, team development, change/transition management, and conflict resolution.

In addition to receiving her master's degree in Psychology, her credentials also include: FIRO Element B qualified trainer, Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) and MBTI Step II certified consultant/trainer, William Bridge's Change and Transition Management, Symlog, and an Executive Coach for the Nightingale-Conant Corporation.

Lisa is an active member of her professional community as well. She served as the 1997 President of the American Society for Training and Development, Rocky Mountain Chapter, and is a founding member of the Women's Leadership Institute (WLI), an executive development program for fast-track corporate women managers. WLI is mentioned in the book, "Her Story: A Timeline of the Women Who Changed America," chronicling women leaders throughout history. WLI is now known as the Women's Vision Leadership Institute. Her ability to focus is partially derived from her training in the martial art of Aikido, where she holds a black belt.
