Nancy started her career on stage by tap dancing in the Stars of Tomorrow show on Atlantic City's Steel Pier, modeling with the NYC Ford agency, and being selected as Miss Maryland.  Today, Nancy takes to the stage as a professional speaker, author, workshop/retreat leader, educator, and consultant.

Nancy earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland and her M.A. from the University of Kentucky. She received the NISOD Excellence Award from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development and is listed in Cambridge Who's Who and America's Outstanding Young Women. She is also a certified DISC® behavioral assessments facilitator and trainer. A member of the National Speakers Association, Nancy served twice on the executive board of NSA/CO.

The author of The Art of Writing about Art (internationally published by Harcourt Brace) and How to Be a Super Achiever: 12 Strategies for Unleashing Your Success, Nancy is also a contributing author to the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series. Nancy's newest book, Stepping Stones to Success, is co-authored with Deepak Chopra and Jack Canfield.
