Stanley Scott, MA, creator of the award-winning, non-competitive conversation game, Talk In A Box™, has consistently worked with organizations and communities to find better ways of doing business while strengthening relationships.

Stan brings more than twenty years of experience working with local governments facilitating citizen participation and organizational improvement, along with ten years of working as a consultant, master facilitator, and coach. His focus on relationships as a key to exceptional outcomes has been honed through experiences where he: mediated community conflicts; facilitated hundreds of organization and community meetings to find consensus on critical issues; managed the continuous improvement process for the City of Longmont, Colorado; and gained knowledge and developed relationships in his doctoral studies in the area of spirituality in the workplace.

Stan frequently works in partnership with his business partner and wife, Nancy Banman, in their practice, BreakThrough: Talk That Matters-Play That Works. The unique working relationship between Nancy and Stan provides a model of openness for group interaction and learning. This, combined with their ability to engage a group with humor and play, has made them a popular facilitation and training team.

Stan holds a master's degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Education from Wichita State University. He is currently working on a Doctorate of Ministry at the University of Creation Spirituality.
