His programs address a variety of issues: communication, creativity, teamwork, spontaneity and flexibility, motivation, risk and change, laughter and health, appropriate humor, and other areas of professional and personal development. He inspires individuals to brighten their workdays by "loosening up, lightening up, and letting go" and by using positive humor and laughter. Bob's clients include: General Motors, Los Angeles Times, AT&T, U.S. Steel, Young Presidents' Organization, Motorola Corporation, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation, Sun Microsystems, American Bankers' Association, Lockheed Martin, Kaiser Permanente, Thrifty Corporation Canada, U S WEST, Environmental Protection Agency, McGraw Hill, and many others.

Bob and his Humor Organization created and presented an innovative customer service training program for the USDA-Forest Service, which used the latest technology of Compact Disc-Interactive (CD-I), and which was presented to 37,000 employees of the Forest Service.

Bob has worked with Colorado's major performing arts organizations, including the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, the Central City Opera, Colorado Symphony, and the Colorado Children's Chorale. He has been a teacher and director with the University of Denver, University of Northern Colorado, Loretto Heights College, and Cherry Creek Schools.

Going Over the Edge and Landing On Your Feet: An Ahhhhhh...A-Ha!...Ha-Ha Look At Stress Management and Productivity - This presentation will explore ways to use one's sense of humor--and a few other tricks!--to keep professional and personal lives fresh and energized. This is a wonderfully over-the-edge approach to stress control, for the individual and the organization.
  • Leadership and Laughter - This day-long session will explore the value of humor and laughter in leadership and provide specific examples and techniques for bringing energy, fun, and joy into the workplace.
  • What's So Funny About Customer Service? This workshop will change attitudes and adjust perspectives about connecting with the people we serve.
  • Kick Start! A 30-minute session that will energize the beginning of your meeting or event, enliven the "just-after-lunch-slump," or raise the roof of your message at the close of your conference.
