Quantum Coaching 1 - Coaching Fundamentals is a 10-month process with 5 weekends.

- Weekend #2 December 2-5, 2110
- Weekend #3 February 11-13, 2011
- Weekend #4 April 29-May 1, 2011
- Weekend #5 July 16-17, 2011
Certification is complete at weekend #4. The focus from weekend #4 to weekend #5 is business building.

The QUANTUM COACHING program teaches effective powerful techniques to create sustainable change and positive desired outcomes for both yourself and others. The QUANTUM COACHING process opens possibilities by asking powerful questions such as: What do I want my life/my job/my career to be? What do I need to do to create that result? What results would I have from this effort?
The practices developed in this ontological-coaching process assist in expanding our worldview to create new options and build powerful partnerships. Quantum Coaches speak to the whole of life as they work with people to integrate change at all levels. We work to create partnerships with organizations, families and individuals who desire to create an impact in their world by operating with integrity, leadership, accountability, honesty, clear communication, positive intent, and powerful action.
As a result of this 10-month program, participants will:
- Learn to coach with honesty, humor, integrity, and patience, effecting positive change
- Bring forth leadership to the world in which they play and work
- Enhance others' capacity to grow, give and produce results
- Build environments that promote a sense of safety and trust
- Learn a powerful coaching process for working with others
- Learn how to manage conversation and relationships to enhance partnerships
- Create sustainable change in thinking, feeling and behavior
- Practice and integrate behavior that will create a powerful coaching experience
- Learn the required mechanics for creating a coaching practice
