Mindfulness in the Workplace Training

In April 2015 Intel employees participate in Awake@Intel, a 10-week course dedicated to teaching mindfulness concepts.

Workplace stress has been estimated to cost U.S. industries $300 billion in sick days, turnover, lost productivity, and medical, insurance and legal costs because of its negative impact on employees' performance and overall quality of life, both at home and work.

Organizations are finding today that Mindfulness in the Workplace training programs provide their employees with proven stress reduction and prevention techniques they need to enhance their well-being, increase emotional intelligence, and promote better brain functioning.

Zoe Training's mindfulness programs provide employees and leaders with practical tools and strategies they can start using immediately to gain more focus, calm, and resilience. They have been found to reduce workplace stress an average of 30 percent within 30 days by helping employees commit to at least 5 minutes of mindfulness each day.
