This one-day, 7-hour workshop utilizes project management knowledge, tools, and techniques for successful on-the-job application. This workshop is ideal for any professional looking to practice Project Management tools and techniques and preparing to be certified in project management. Participants will use globally accepted best practices in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) to work together to produce a project plan and present it to the sponsor (aka the instructor) in the morning. In the afternoon, participants will take an abbreviated practice exam to assess their readiness. We will help you pass the exam on the first try! Our success rate is 99.99%.

This highly interactive workshop is facilitated by a PMP® certified instructor. We limit the number of participants to 15, so that everyone has the opportunity to actively participate in mock projects and ask questions about the exam itself.

  • Increased confidence to create and present a project plan
  • Practice utilizing and sharing Project Management tools and techniques
  • Understanding of strengths and weaknesses for exam preparation

  • Practical review of Project Management concepts through application
  • Applicable credits for PMP® and CAPM® certification
  • Preparation for the PMP® examination

Managers, project leads, sponsors, key project contributors, business analysts, consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and other professionals who have already studied the PMBOK and the Prep book and are ready to pursue certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Please note that this course satisfies educational requirements toward PMP® and CAPM® certification. These seven Professional Development Units (PDUs), which equate to hours, are also good for continuing education units for other certifications like P.E.
