Organizational CultureEvery organization has a culture. Few are created deliberately. Most have evolved over years and reflect the values and priorities of those who have been in charge of the company.

This short course will present an overview of cultures as well as how they are formed. Participants are encouraged to examine the current culture in their organization and compare it to where it could be. Participants will also be introduced to the eight stages of creating culture change and the realization that it doesn't occur until stage eight.
