Who Should Attend: This is a basic project management course for managers, team leaders, project managers, team members, consultants, or business owners who are interested in or responsible for the cost, schedule, and scope of projects.
Time Frame: This workshop can be delivered in one to three days, depending upon the depth of each topic, the amount of practice, and the desired level of learning.
Option--Advanced PMP Exam Prep Class: If desired, this program can be taught as a PMP Exam Prep program, in which case the content will revolve around an advanced level of project management tools and techniques to improve participants' ability to successfully manage and participate in projects. For those employees wishing to apply to take the PMP exam, we recommend PMP Exam Prep book in addition to the PMBOK. The scope of this workshop will cover the topics and the 35 hours of minimum education required to apply to take the exam.
