Kathy Stroh, MSS, captivates and motivates audiences through her high-energy presentations, and she incorporates stories to illustrate the concepts. She is a theorist and practitioner in the area of conflict theory and management. In the past 21 years of studying conflict, she has presented over 1,500 workshops everywhere from board rooms to prisons. Her knowledge of conflict is firmly established through a strong academic background accompanied with years of experience working with a wide variety of clientele. Kathy is the author of Growing Wings, a book about interpersonal conflict. Participants not only enjoy her presentations, but they leave with insights and relevant tools to manage important issues in their lives.
